At Unconstipated Kids, our physical therapy services focus on a comprehensive, holistic, child-centered approach to address bowel and bladder challenges. Each session begins with a thorough review of your child’s medical and social histories, followed by a physical assessment and personalized plan of care. Our therapy sessions are designed to support your child’s overall well-being by addressing not only their toileting habits but also factors like body mechanics, breath work, relaxation techniques, and education around healthy toileting practices. We provide traditional physical therapy services such as strength training, range of motion exercises, and body awareness activities—all of which contribute to better bowel and bladder health.

Therapy Sessions

  1. Pelvic Physical Therapy Initial Evaluation:
  • $595 (2 hours)
  • Dr. Caitlin Keller's Initial Evaluation: $675 (2 hours)
  2.  Follow-up Therapy:
  • $205 (50 minutes)
  • Follow-up Therapy with Dr Caitlin $230 (50min)

Please note that the initial evaluation must be completed in person. However, based on your child’s needs, follow-up sessions may be done virtually to offer greater flexibility.

What to Expect:

  1. Referral Form - Texas allows direct access to physical therapy for up to 10 business days following an initial evaluation. To continue care beyond this, we’ll need a signed order from a prescribing provider (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, Chiropractor).
  2. Insurance Reimbursement – We are an out-of-network provider. Check with your insurance company to understand your reimbursement rates. After each session, you’ll receive a detailed superbill for submission to your insurance provider.
  3. Client Portal – We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal to manage your child’s care. Download the PtEverywhere app to stay updated on messages, documents, and appointment reminders.
