Dr. Caitlin Keller PT, DPT
Owner and Lead Therapist | Pediatric Pelvic Health Specialist
Dr. Caitlin Keller is a pediatric physical therapist with a heart for kids, a mind for physiology, and a passion for helping families break free from the frustrating cycles of toileting challenges. Since earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Springfield College in 2013, Caitlin has dedicated her career to pediatrics - and since 2014, she's been all-in on pediatric pelvic health.
From treating in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Texas Children's Hospital to founding Unconstipated Kids, Caitlin has spent over a decade walking alongside families who often feel stuck, exhausted, or unsure where to turn. Her approach is grounded in deep clinical expertise -over 255 hours of postdoctoral continuing education - and shaped by real-life compassion for the challenges parents face every day.
Caitlin partners with families to help them make small, meaningful changes that unlock lasting progress. Whether that means shifting a play position, creating a rhythm around meals, or helping a child feel safer in their own body, she shows caregivers how simple moments can spark big breakthroughs - without adding stress or pressure to already-full lives.
Beyond clinical care, Caitlin is a respected educator and mentor. As co-founder with Dr Melissa Howard, their work with Little Learning Lav supports other professionals through continuing education courses, mentorship groups, and practical, family-centered tools that reflect her signature blend of science and heart.
A lifelong learner and joyful multitasker, Caitlin is first a wife and mother, but adds in dance, crochet, coffee, Disney, travel, and paleo baking as often as possible. She's deeply thankful to her husband, Vince, her children (who bring endless joy), and to God for the grace and guidance that has shaped her journey.
At the heart of it all, Caitlin's mission is simple: to help families realize there's a better, gentler way forward - one rooted in understanding the body, trusting a child's process, and celebrating the joy that comes with progress.
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

She is passionate about pelvic health and believes EVERYONE could benefit from the holistic approach Unconstipated Kids offers. Katie
Director of Chaos Control
Katie was born and raised in the Houston area before heading to San Marcos, TX to study Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas State University. She graduated in 2015 before moving back to Houston and starting her career as an elementary school teacher. She taught second and third grade for seven years, moving often before putting down roots in Katy, TX with her husband and two children. Katie has since left the teaching profession to focus on her family and pursue new opportunities.
Being a mom to two young boys keeps Katie busy, but when she can, she enjoys crafting, reading, and adventuring outside. She loves celebrating holidays and can typically be spotted at Hobby Lobby, checking out the seasonal decor. She is also passionate about travel and hopes to pass that on to her children. More than anything, she cherishes spending time with her family and gathering with loved ones!

Erica Higginbotham
MOT, OTR/L
Erica is an occupational therapist who graduated from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2020 and has worked in pediatrics since the start of her career. Over the last several years, she has lived in Kansas, Wyoming, Colorado, and Arkansas, but this born and raised Texan couldn't stay away for long. Originally from the Houston area, she has found her way back home-with her husband and new baby in tow! Erica has a passion for pelvic health across the lifespan and clinical experience in sensory processing, primitive reflex integration, and neurodiverse-affirming care. She is so excited to join the Unconstipated Kids team and integrate the worlds of pediatrics and pelvic health.
Erica finds immense joy in spending time with her friends and family, but don't be surprised if you catch her listening to a podcast, reading a book, or trying out a new fitness class in the community. She has a deep love for coffee, which fuels her energy and enthusiasm in her day to day life. Most importantly, she is a proud and loving mama to her six month old daughter, whose growth and development inspire her daily.

Savannah
Chaos Control
Savannah was raised in central Texas and the Katy area. She moved to Nacogdoches, Texas to study Elementary Education at Stephen F. Austin State University. Ax ‘em Jacks! She graduated in 2015 and moved back to the Katy area to marry her high school sweetheart and start her teaching career. In her 8 years as a teacher, Savannah taught kindergarten, first and second grade. Savannah left her career as a teacher to focus on her daughter who was born in January 2023.
An adventurer at heart, Savannah is always looking for new things to do and try - if there is a class for it, she has probably taken it. She also enjoys attending concerts, being outside and aesthetic coffee shops. Most importantly, Savannah enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband (probably dragging them around Houston to try something new).
